TRON
Set Up Two-Factor Authentication
Your company requires 2FA. Scan the QR code with the authenticator app of your preference — Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or any other TOTP app.
On iPhone, open your authenticator app first and scan from inside it (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator → + → Other account), so iOS doesn't save the code to your Passwords app instead.

Model — Data Source
Choose which model's output this client's dashboard reads. Switch back and forth any time — this only changes the data source; nothing is deleted, and you can keep running the old model in parallel.
Rounding Calibration Export
Downloads this client's model-target vs your manual-rounding history (per product/month + conversion factors) as rounding_export_<CODE>.json — for calibrating the auto-rounder.
Run Model (Blob RJ)
Runs the RJ model and writes its output to the Blob RJ model — the Blob-stored one of the two RJ sources (not SharePoint RJ, and not the EB model). Regenerates this client's RJ model-definition file, uploads it to Blob, then triggers the RJ model job. The backtest start date is saved with the client; the as-of date is per-run only (defaults to today) and is never stored.

Clearer
Map this client to its clearer. Each Neon client uses its own credentials. Positions/trades then come from the clearer's API and are used to reconcile against the dashboard. Leave as None for clients without a clearer.
Clearer
Credentials
One login can hold several clearing accounts — comma-separate them in Account(s); positions from all are pulled and netted together for this client. The secret is write-only — stored but never shown back. Leave it blank when re-saving to keep the existing one. Use the Save button above for credentials.
StoneX (Futures First) positions are read from the daily file drop in our own storage — no credentials needed. Enter the clearing account(s) to keep (comma-separate for multiple). Positions are captured each morning and reconcile against the EOD panel only (no intraday feed). Mapping uses each instrument's GMI code / GMI mini code.
EZ positions arrive by email (daily NET position file) and are read from our own storage — no account or credentials needed. Reconciles against the EOD panel only (no intraday feed). Mapping uses each instrument's EZ code (the product name in the file).

Factor Library — the factor types the model supports
These are the factor types implemented in the model. Each strategy is built from a set of factors,
each one a type plus its settings (numbers). Assign and edit factors per strategy under
each company → Strategies → the ⚙ Factors button. Every factor in a strategy is weighted
equally (1 ÷ number of factors).

Default Factor Set — applied to every strategy that hasn't been customised
Editing this updates all non-customised strategies (and seeds new ones). Strategies you've edited individually keep their own set until you Reset them.

Run All Models — Blob RJ, every company at once
Regenerates every company's RJ model-definition file, uploads them to Blob, then triggers the model job once in auto mode — it runs all clients. This is the Blob RJ model only (the one the WebJob runs).
Auto-failover — RJ ⇄ EB when the selected model has no data for today
After 05:00 London on a weekday, if a client's selected Blob model has no data for today but the other Blob model does, the dashboard displays the other one for that day (flagged · failover on the client's Updated line). SharePoint clients are never switched. Selection stays primary; re-checked daily.
Data Source — All Companies — which model the dashboard reads
Applying a source here sets every company to it at once (resetting any per-company overrides). Afterwards you can still change an individual company on its Model tab — that override sticks until the next time you apply here.

Active Model Sources — All Companies — deactivated sources are excluded from Target Check & the display selector
Tick the sources that are active. Deactivating a source (e.g. a SharePoint model you're no longer refreshing) removes it from the Target Check comparison and the display selector for every company — no more phantom mismatches. At least one must stay active. Per-company overrides are the checkboxes in the table above.

EOD / Curves Data Source — global, applies to everyone
Chooses where the dashboard reads end-of-day settlement curves from — used by the Settle Prices, Forward Curve and VaR panels. This is a single switch for all clients and users. (The per-client model output switch stays on each client's Model tab.)
Curves Check — last download & latest settlement date, per source
The real "did the curves update?" check — latest settlement date should be the previous business day (—). ICE-Connect / Blob RJ can be re-run on demand; SharePoint (its mirror) and Blob EB are read-only.
Curves Quality Check — every instrument × 3 sources, last 10 settlement days
For every asset in the Instruments table, checks the last 10 settlement dates are present in each source (completeness) and that Blob RJ & SharePoint RJ prices match exactly. Blob EB is completeness-only (different provider); an asset EB doesn't cover shows "—", not a failure. Cached ~10 min; also runs automatically each morning (result on the home tile).

exchange_symbol,exchange_calendar,ice_ticker_format for active instruments → written to Azure model/config/instruments_prod.csv (single source of truth for the model and the nightly curve updater). Also auto-re-exported whenever an instrument changes.

Model Definition (EB) — YAML
Keeps the existing clients/Portfolio_<CODE>.yaml head (client name, email flags, calendar, params) and regenerates the strategies block from this client's strategies, weights, factors and rolling windows. Review below, then overwrite the file on the EB drive.
Model Definition (RJ) — JSON
Built from this client's strategies, weights, rolling windows and instruments. Review below, then upload to Azure (model/portfolios/).
